War kills more victims on the streets

A qualsiasi costo. E spesso facendola franca.
Protetti e isolati all'interno degli abitacoli di autoveicoli sempre più sofisticati, subiamo evidentemente una vera trasformazione psichica that wipes out the sense and fear of death. The driver responsible
dell'eccidio today, according to initial investigations, which the press has reported, had suffered the withdrawal of a license only a few months ago for a risky overtaking. Heedless of this, it is also made driving the car. But not enough: it would test positive for narcotics. Nor would have hesitated to travel with a baby on board.
If we say that the motor vehicle is a weapon and that the license is equivalent to a firearms license, then we must also be consistent. Otherwise, we start from correct premises to arrive at wrong conclusions.
The massacre in Lamezia Terme, in our view constitutes a murder (plural) which may not fall into the category of guilt, that is, in simple non-compliance with laws or regulations, but in the intent, therefore, a voluntary approach, even if only in the form of CDs. "Any intentional," notes in doctrine and in jurisprudence.
The European Union had long ago set a very ambitious goal in terms of road safety: by 2010 reduce by 50% the number of victims.
have been recently published data ISTAT-ACI 2009. At an overall level there is a reduction of the victims. But if you analyze the best values, we note that the mortality reduction is related only to motorists, in small part to the motorcyclists, cyclists and pedestrians while the number of deaths is constant.
Therefore, if we analyze this data by comparing the accident rates in urban areas we find that about two in a dead city is a pedestrian or a cyclist. Counting
motorcyclists also shows that 83% of deaths in the city is the result of weak users.
This suggests that without intervention for this important segment of mobility does not make any security policy.
By participating in the grief of the families of the victims, the Italian Federation of Friends of the Bicycle calls for road safety among the last to enter the political agenda, both nationally and locally.

We leave a very interesting link. The program "All Town's Talking "on Radio three days of December 6, about the safety of cyclists.
