La mia sensazione di provvisorietà, corruzione delle cose e indefinitezza non è solo mia.
Credo che sia legata indissolubilmente e naturalmente al tempo che passa.
Continuerò ad averla, non ha senso combatterla. Anzi, penso sia un male combatterla: perchè non esiste il vero ordine, non c'è il momento che aspetti in cui le cose hanno (alla fine) un valore finito, un confine chiuso.
E' come quando compri un oggetto, un maglione che ti piace, o come quando pulisci per bene tutta la tua casa: un giorno, prima o poi, tutto subisce la sua naturale corruzione, fa il suo corso, si rompe, si sporca.
Il flusso degli eventi si applica alle cose come alle persone: il deterioramento è un concetto negativo solo se si ha la sensazione di subirlo.
Per questo si soffre: non dominando le cose che viviamo e lasciandoci andare agli eventi, il deterioramento ci uccide lentamente (salvo poche, definite decisioni che riguardano tutti, come scegliere una casa, un lavoro, una bistecca, è sussistenza, quindi sei costretto a farle e quindi è ovvio che lì venga fuori la vera indole).
E questo discorso io lo porto fino alla mia idea di ordine e previsione: non mi piace. Ho scoperto che avere i kit, i set, non c'è gusto. Kits and sets in the sense of things taken collectively, all alike, without the pleasure of accumulating them, each different and tied to something as alive.

GIUSEPPE MESSINA - a complete artist
Joseph Messina was born in the ancient Gala, part of the town of Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto in the province of Messina, formerly the site of the important monastery of the Basilian Fathers to 1779.
